Protocol: x402/v2. Network: Base mainnet (eip155:8453). Settlement: USDC. GET any /paid/ endpoint; a 402 response carries base64 payment requirements in the `payment-required` header; retry with a signed payment header to receive data plus an on-chain settlement receipt.
